The Harrisburg Community Library is located at 200 E Willow Street on the east side of the Harrisburg Liberty Elementary School building. All residents of Lincoln County can get a library card by showing proof of residency. Digital library cards are also available for anyone interesting in checking out ebooks from our digital library.

Books - 14 days - Renewable Once
Audio Books - 14 days - Renewable once
Backpacks - 14 days - Non-renewable
DVDs - 7 days - Non-renewable

Donations
Gently used books, DVDS and CDs will be accepted as donations at the discretion of the library staff. The library has the right to reject or sell any donated item. Donations are generally accepted based on a number of critieria including condition, subject matter, author, availability, timeliness and price. Some donations not needed may be sold to raise money for the library.
